What a stunning job!
This beautiful custom home was designed and built by Latitude 37. The pool was designed and built by Dean Jones and his team at Neptune Swimming Pools.
The landscape has been designed and constructed by Lockie Ryan and his fantastic crew at LDR Pools & Landscapes.

The attention to detail in the entire project has been outstanding and the picture has been greatly enhanced by our beautiful Sitella Limestone from Spain. Sitella is available in the “antique” finish as used here to provide great slip resistance (P5) around the pool while maintaining a very “comfortable on the feet” surface. It does not absorb/retain heat so none of those blisters on the soles!
A honed version of the same stone is available for indoor applications. That surface offers P4 slip rating. There is minimal visual difference between the two surface finishes so they can flow from inside to out seamlessly.
The quality control in production of this stone in Spain is first class with state of the art processing equipment being used throughout. It’s a pleasure to look at, a pleasure to walk on and a pleasure to lay!
