Edfu Limestone Crazy Paving

Edfu is one of the warmer limestones in the range. The cream and coffee tones have genuine movement through them, so the surface doesn't read as flat or uniform, which is exactly what makes crazy paving a good format for this stone. The irregular pieces let that colour variation play out naturally across the area.

The finish is acid-etched, which gives it a leathery texture underfoot rather than a smooth one. That texture does two things: it adds to the tactile character of the stone, and it provides solid slip resistance around pools and wet areas. Edfu is also one of the denser limestones so it holds up well in high-traffic outdoor situations.

It doesn't need dip sealing for pool environments, which simplifies the installation process a bit. Salt-safe and low-maintenance once it's down.  If you want to use it alongside cut tiles or pool coping, the full Edfu range is worth a look.
