We understand that this is a difficult time for all Victorians. At Yarrabee and Castlemaine Stone, we will be closing our showroom to the public from 28 May and reopen again 4 June 2021 pending futher restrictions. We’re still taking orders and delivering with strict compliance of rules being exercised at all times.

Lockdown Operating Practices:
- The Showroom will be CLOSED to the public from Friday 28th May per the Australian Government directive.
- Orders and enquiries can still be made by phoning 03 9535 1500 or by email (sales@yarrabee.com.au)
- Orders can be collected from our warehouse by prior arrangement - such collection will be contact-free and clients will need to exercise best practices, such as wearing a mask, etc.
- We will fork load into the trailer or truck OR we will place material beside the vehicle for hand loading by the client. Client is to remain in the vehicle while the material is being fork loaded or placed by our staff for hand loading by the client.
- Delivery by truck with forklift will be available as per normal, with strict compliance of rules being exercised by both our driver and the client. Non compliance will see the delivery attempt aborted at the client’s expense.
At this stage:
- All existing orders are on track to be delivered.
- New orders are still being accepted.
- We are facing no supply issues with the majority of our stone products.
Consideration for our staff and client’s wellbeing is paramount during this period.
