Description
Arona Honed Terrazzo has a dark grey cement base with crisp white marble chips, giving it strong contrast and a graphic look. The honed finish is matte and smooth to the touch, practical for kitchens, hallways, living areas, and bathrooms.
Arona Textured suits external applications with its non-slip surface. The Honed version is built for indoors - the smooth matte finish is easier to clean and maintain, without the grip texture of the outdoor alternative. Both finishes share the same dark grey base with crisp white marble accent chips.
Arona Honed works as flooring or wall cladding, so the same tile runs from the floor up the wall without a material change. It's available as a tile or a project slab - see the Sizing and Specs table below for full dimensions.
With appropriate sealing it's suitable for wet areas including bathrooms and laundries.

Can Arona Honed Terrazzo be used on walls as well as floors?
Yes. The same 800 x 400mm honed tile is suitable for both flooring and wall cladding, so it can run from the floor up the wall without switching materials. The high-contrast palette works well for feature walls and joinery.
What's the difference between Arona Honed and Arona Textured?
Both share the same dark grey base with crisp white marble chips, but the finish suits different settings. Honed has a smooth matte surface built for indoor use. Textured has a non-slip surface designed for outdoor areas and pool surrounds.
Can I order any quantity of the 800 x 400mm tile?
Yes, the tile is sold per m² with no minimum order, so it works for a small feature wall through to a full residential floor.
Can I buy a single 2400 x 1600mm project slab?
The project slab is supplied for larger volume projects rather than single-piece orders. If you're after one slab for something like a benchtop, get in touch and we can talk through availability and quantities.
