This exceptional residence on the Mornington Peninsula was built by highly regarded Peninsula builder, Glenn Mealey of Willowglenn Homes Pty Ltd. The project demanded quality products throughout and attention to detail that is second to none. Glenn and his team have certainly delivered the goods.
The external paving is Fantasy Granite, which has been coupled with Raven Granite around the pool edge, forming a wet edge. The large format pavers being 1200, 900 and 600mm long all by 600mm wide in random pattern work brilliantly in this large open space. This exceptional paving job was completed by Andrew Semetas and his team at Sema Scapes Landscaping & Paving. The outdoor fireplace surrounds and the house chimneys have been clad in Dunolly Stone Wall Cladding, which works so well with the timber construction and the dark slate roof.
Inside, Minya Limestone has been used as the floor surface in this large kitchen-living space. Again, the same size and pattern combination has been used but to accentuate these tiles, we have “pillow edged” each piece giving the floor an “old world” European feel.
